Paycheck Pilot Does the Budgeting for You
No need to calculate anything. Just enter your incomes and expenses.
Forget Your Paydays
No matter if you and your partner get paid weekly, bi-weekly, (semi)-monthly or a mix of both: Paycheck Pilot makes sure that you are putting away the right amount of money to cover all your expenses.
No Expense Tracking
No need to assign categories to expenses all day. Paycheck Pilot will figure out how much money you have for daily living (think groceries, eating out, coffee, etc.). Spend it as you see fit.
Use Weekly Budgets
Planning ahead for an entire month is hard. Ever had to stretch your money between two paydays? Paycheck Pilot calculates a weekly budget for your daily life. Only plan for 7 days. Rinse and repeat.
Irregular Pay Proof
Commissions, different shifts and working hours - incomes can vary. But don't fret. Simply enter how much you expect to earn and when. You'll immediately see if there's a gap to fill.
Imagine What it Would Feel Like ...
… not having to plan what to do with each paycheck, instead of thinking about it every day.
… to know your expenses are covered, instead of wondering if you can afford something.
… to know your expenses are covered, instead of wondering if you can afford something.
… to have a system so simple, you can adhere to it for the years to come without breaking a sweat.
Paycheck Pilot's Origins
Paycheck Pilot is a system that was derived in 2012 / 2013 in Germany. Not out of interest or for any business purpose, but out of dire necessity.
I quit my very lucrative job at Europe’s 2nd largest insurance company at the end of 2011 and dived into my coffee startup (yes, there’s more to it than that). With this change came a substantial plunge of income, leading to a number of “monetary challenges” in the months following.
It forced my wife and me to start taking a far closer look at our expenses and make them match our income. We thus designed a budget and, over the next months and years, implemented some simple fail-safes that helped us stick to this budget ever since.
